In December 2022, Ar. Tripat Girdhar, Founder and Principal Architect of Arete Design Studio, was honored with the prestigious ‘CREDAI Destination Punjab 2022’ Award. Presented by Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Development, Punjab, Sukhwinder Singh Sarkaria, this recognition was awarded for the design of Address Boulevard, which will be the tallest building in Punjab. Spanning 2.5 acres, the innovative structure, inspired by the form of a flower, is a harmonious blend of residential, retail, and commercial spaces, complete with parking on each floor.
Arete Design Studio won the coveted Best Luxury Residential Project 2024 title at the Global Architect and Builder Awards (GABA) for their project Marbella Grand. The award ceremony, held on March 3, 2024, in New Delhi, recognized excellence in sustainable architecture and real estate. Attended by renowned architects and industry leaders, the event celebrated the studio’s outstanding creativity and commitment to luxurious, sustainable design.
Architect Tripat Girdhar was recognized as an Innovative Architecture Designer at the Indian Glory Award & Fames 60 Under 60 Awards 2024, organized by the Global Chamber of Consumer Rights (GCCR) and Kiteskraft Productions LLP. The ceremony took place at Hotel Lemon Tree in Gurgaon, Haryana, and was graced by notable figures such as Dr. K.G. Balakrishnan (Former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India) and Mr. Madan Lal (Veteran Cricketer). This award highlights the studio’s innovative contributions to architecture and design.

On June 29, 2024, Arete Design Studio was named the Most Trusted & Futuristic Architecture, Interior Design & Urban Planning Firm of the Year 2024 at the Trendsetter Architecture Awards & Conference, organized by Global Design Awards at Hyatt Centric, Goa. The award was given under the “Premium Residential Projects & Commercial Projects” category, celebrating the studio’s dedication to ground-breaking architectural achievements. The studio also received the Golden Door Award for its exceptional consultancy services in architecture and interior design. Ar. Tripat Girdhar expressed gratitude, saying, “This honor reaffirms our commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence in design, inspiring us to continue shaping environments where function meets beauty.”
